Services
I will personally provide all agreed-upon services unless otherwise stated. I do not outsource work to other artists without prior notice.
Artistic Style
By booking my services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed my portfolio and are familiar with my artistic style and abilities. You can be confident that your project will reflect the same level of quality as the samples featured on my website.
Handwritten Work
Please remember that the beauty of handwritten calligraphy lies in its natural variations. Unlike computer-generated text, no two letters or layouts will ever be identical. These subtle differences are what make each piece a one-of-a-kind work of art.
Photography
You are welcome—and encouraged—to share images of my work on social media. Please credit me clearly in all posts (for example, “Calligraphy by Kestrel Montes”) and tag @inkmethis on Instagram.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 4 hours must be booked. Your event date is reserved on my calendar once payment is received.
If cancellation becomes necessary:

More than 60 days before the event: 100% refund

31–60 days before the event: 50% refund

16–30 days before the event: 25% refund

15 days or fewer before the event: No refund
If your event needs to be rescheduled, I’ll make every effort to accommodate the new date. When rescheduled within 6 months, your original payment will be applied toward the revised booking.
Thank you for understanding that these policies ensure I can hold your date with confidence and dedicate the time and care your brand deserves.
Work Station
Please provide a table and chair in a well-lit area (or supplemental lighting if needed). While I can work on a small surface, I’ll need enough space to lay out items awaiting pickup. No electrical outlet is required.
Supplies & Materials
The client is responsible for providing all items to be engraved. I’m happy to recommend suitable materials or sources. Glass, crystal, and metal engrave reliably. While not required, I appreciate the opportunity to review or test a sample item beforehand. I will provide all necessary art materials and tools (including gold or silver glass fill).
Please note: due to high pressure, champagne bottles cannot be engraved.
Quantity & Guest Interaction
Most small items can be personalized in just a few minutes, though the pace naturally slows as guests engage and watch the process. This interaction is part of the charm and experience of live calligraphy. I’m committed to being both efficient and warmly engaging throughout your event.
