| HAND CRAFTED | We take great pride and care in our work to give you a product that will exceed your expectations. All stamps, engraved items, and calligraphy pen holders are designed and handmade by Kestrel and Francisco with some help from one awesome employee. Materials are sourced from within California whenever available.
| CUSTOM STAMP TIMING | A proof, if requested, will be sent to you via email within 1-2 business days of ordering. You will have 2 business days to let us know if you want any changes.
| PRE-ORDERED PEN TIMING | Each holder is individually lathe turned and fitted with a brass flange specific to it's dimensions. Timing depends on the material requested and the current length of our order queue. You are welcome to message us with an inquiry. Our timing is normally in the 2-4 week range for pre-ordered pens.
| RETURNS | Non-personalized items may be returned in original/unused condition if you notify us and provide return tracking within 5 business days of tracking delivery date (customer pays shipping). A 20% restocking fee will be applied to left-handed pens as they are more difficult to resell. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us first.
| RETURNS - PERSONALIZED ITEMS | We are not able to accept returns on personalized items as they cannot be resold (i.e. address stamps or engravings). However, if there is an issue, please contact us.
| CANCELLATIONS | Because we often get right to work on orders, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours of order placement and if no work has begun (including graphic layouts).
| DIGITAL DOWNLOADS | Due to the immediate nature of digital sales, orders may not be cancelled or returned/refunded. Contents of digital files remain the intellectual property of inkmethis. While you are welcome to use inkmethis digital content to create your own work (i.e. make a logo or print a t-shirt with inkmethis fonts), the original files are not to be sold, shared or redistributed in any way including embedding.
| SHIPPING | Orders are shipped from Northern California. Tracking is provided on all domestic orders (international tracking is provided based on availability).
| DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING | While we rarely have items break in transit, it does occasionally happen. If you receive a broken item, please contact us within 5 business days of the tracking delivery date with a photo of both the damaged item and the outer shipping packaging.
| PACKING SLIPS | As many orders are gifts being delivered directly to the recipient, we do not include packing slips or receipts in our packages. You can print your invoice from the confirmation email if desired.
| INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | Please note that the buyer is responsible for all import charges in keeping with the laws of their country. We do not have access to collect these fees/taxes in advance. Please be aware of your country's customs fee structure regarding importing merchandise from the United States.
