1. Scope of Work
Artist will create a custom hand-lettered design as indicated in notes.
The project fee is a flat rate and includes up to two (2) rounds of proof revisions.
Final approved artwork will be delivered as a black vectorized PDF file with Adobe Illustrator editing enabled.
2. Revisions
Two (2) rounds of revisions are included as part of the project fee. Revisions are intended for refinements to the approved direction of the artwork.
Additional revisions, substantial concept changes, or requests that differ significantly from the original assignment may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Once final artwork has been approved, any additional modifications will be billed separately.
3. Rights & Usage
All rights not expressly granted remain the property of the Artist, including all preliminary sketches, concepts, proofs, and unused designs.
Upon receipt of full payment, Client is granted the right to use the final approved artwork for branded apparel and related promotional use.
Client may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or substantially alter the artwork without written permission from the Artist.
Artist retains the right to display the work, including preliminary concepts and final artwork, in portfolios, social media, websites, competitions, publications, and promotional materials.
4. Cancellation
Because this is custom artwork created specifically for Client, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
If Client chooses to cancel the project before work has started, any payment made beyond applicable processing fees will be refunded.
If the project is canceled after work has begun, Artist retains all rights to all artwork, sketches, concepts, and proofs created for the project, and Client may not use them in any form.
5. Payment
Full payment is required before work begins and reserves Client’s place in the production schedule.
Work will not commence until payment has been received in full.
Final vector files will be provided within five (5) business days of final approval of the artwork.
