Purchase of this listing enacts the Font Software Licensing Agreement (the “Agreement” or “License”) dated April 28, 2022 and forms legal agreement between Licensee, L Brands, Inc. and Licensor, Kestrel Montes. By purchasing and installing the Font Software, Licensee attests to have read and agrees to all terms and conditions included in the Agreement and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the License as outlined in the Agreement dated April 28, 2022. If Licensee does not agree to the terms of the Licensing Agreement, Licensee will not purchase this listing or access, use or download the Font Software.
