Revisions\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"638\"\u003eTwo (2) rounds of revisions are included as part of the project fee. Revisions are intended for refinements to the approved direction of the artwork.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"640\" data-end=\"811\"\u003eAdditional revisions, substantial concept changes, or requests that differ significantly from the original assignment may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"906\"\u003eOnce final artwork has been approved, any additional modifications will be billed separately.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 data-section-id=\"pgjzkb\" data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"929\"\u003e3. Rights \u0026amp; Usage\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"1071\"\u003eAll rights not expressly granted remain the property of the Artist, including all preliminary sketches, concepts, proofs, and unused designs.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1213\"\u003eUpon receipt of full payment, Client is granted the right to use the final approved artwork for branded apparel and related promotional use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1336\"\u003eClient may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or substantially alter the artwork without written permission from the Artist.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1527\"\u003eArtist retains the right to display the work, including preliminary concepts and final artwork, in portfolios, social media, websites, competitions, publications, and promotional materials.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 data-section-id=\"1ph2bxn\" data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1548\"\u003e4. Cancellation\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1549\" data-end=\"1661\"\u003eBecause this is custom artwork created specifically for Client, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1796\"\u003eIf Client chooses to cancel the project before work has started, any payment made beyond applicable processing fees will be refunded.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1985\"\u003eIf the project is canceled after work has begun, Artist retains all rights to all artwork, sketches, concepts, and proofs created for the project, and Client may not use them in any form.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 data-section-id=\"42sdl3\" data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2001\"\u003e5.
